Devil Tree Media Ltd – Advertising Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all advertising bookings placed with Devil Tree
Media Ltd (“the Publisher”) for publication in North West Living magazine (“the Publication”). By
submitting a booking confirmation in writing, the advertiser (“the Advertiser”) agrees to be bound
by these Terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
1.1 All advertising bookings must be confirmed in writing (including by email).
1.2 Once a booking has been confirmed in writing, it is deemed a binding contract between the
Advertiser and the Publisher.
2. Cancellations
2.1 No cancellations will be accepted once a booking has been confirmed in writing.
2.2 The Advertiser is liable for the full cost of the booked advertising space regardless of whether
artwork is supplied, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Publisher.
3. Artwork & Copy
3.1 All advertising copy and artwork must be supplied by the Advertiser to the Publisher’s
specifications and deadlines.
3.2 The Publisher may reject, cancel, or require amendment to any advertisement that it reasonably
considers to be unlawful, defamatory, offensive, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable for publication.
3.3 Where the Publisher assists in producing artwork, it remains the Advertiser’s responsibility to
check and approve final proofs before publication. The Publisher accepts no liability for errors not
corrected by the Advertiser.
4. Positioning & Publication

4.1 While the Publisher will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate positioning requests, the
Publisher does not guarantee specific placement unless agreed in writing and subject to premium
charges where applicable.
4.2 Advertisements will be published in the next available issue as agreed with the Advertiser.
5. Rates & Payment
5.1 Advertising rates are as set out in the Publisher’s rate card or as otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 Unless otherwise agreed, all advertising must be paid in full within 30 days of invoice.
5.3 The Publisher reserves the right to withhold publication of any advertisement where payment is
not received by the due date.
5.4 Interest may be charged on overdue accounts in accordance with the Late Payment of
Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Liability
6.1 The Advertiser shall indemnify the Publisher against all claims, costs, and expenses arising out
of the publication of the advertisement, including claims for libel, infringement of copyright,
trademark or other intellectual property rights, or breach of law.
6.2 The Publisher will take reasonable care in handling and publishing advertisements but accepts
no liability for:
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in advertisements.
• Loss or damage to artwork, copy, or other materials supplied.
• Any indirect, consequential, or financial loss suffered by the Advertiser arising from
publication or failure to publish.
7. Force Majeure
The Publisher shall not be held responsible for failure to publish or delays due to circumstances
beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain
disruption, or technical issues.
8. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Advertiser and the Publisher relating to
advertising in North West Living magazine and supersede any previous agreements or
understandings.
